They charge you for breakfast and give u only dosa omelette. No fruits, no green tea, no sandwiches, no pratha. The TV doesn’t work as they don’t recharge the Tatasky set-top box. Bedsheet was dirty as well. Bathroom fittings are broken.

Stayed there two a week or so ago, my review below: Positives: The place is clean and quaint. The surrounding is quiet in a busy area. Their Italian Trattoria called Nolita is good but over priced. Negatives :I asked for a double bed but i got a twin bed, make sure you know what room your'e getting because i asked but yet was disappointed. The wifi did not connect to any of my IOS devices (a bummer really). The AC leaked through the day and night due to condensation (my room turned into a pool almost). So i though the TV would help, but there was just one english channel and an animated movie was on it! If it's a short stay, it's good. It's a nice place to stay if you do not want the typical hotel feel. It a home yet well maintained. Suggest you carry your own dongle and figure out places to eat around. There are a few you can try around the vicinity.

Rooms are pretty and decent, although expensive and highly overrated. There is no water at night till 7 in the morning. The owner and receptionist are very unprofessional. The owner refused to talk to me when I requested. I had a request from them but instead of having basic courtesy to accept the call and say no or yes, they just ignored all my calls. They care about money and not service. The breakfast was below and average. I was unhappy with the staff and the owner. Their attitude did not reflect what they have said online about themselves. Thank you

Not sure why the restaurant on this property called Nolita is not listed on TripAdvisor. This restaurant serves exquisite Italian fare. It's tucked away in the interiors of Thousand Lights district, sometimes difficult to locate from memory. A map would help.

I visited this hotel on work, Bang in the heart of Chennai. You can travel to any location from here in less than 30-40 mins due to its central location. Staff was very courteous and very helpful. From directions, arranging taxi's, midnight food request and even arranging for a late break fast. Ask for the superior room with the pantry, Useful if your stay is longer.
